Mobility City visitor rules and guidelines
The purpose of these rules is to ensure that visits to the MOBILITY CITY (ZAHA HADID BRIDGE) site, as well as the participation in any of its activities, are carried out properly and appropriately, and in a way that ensures the protection of people and property at the site, as well as of the site itself.
All visitors, by the mere fact of purchasing a ticket for the exhibition, accept these rules and undertake to comply with them. Fundación Ibercaja may adopt appropriate measures to ensure that visits are conducted properly if these rules are not observed:
Special conditions and recommendations for visitors
- Before purchasing a ticket, it is recommended that you read the Rules for Visitors to MOBILITY CITY and the Ticket Return and Exchange Policy (Return Policy | Fundación Ibercaja).
- Planning your visit: The estimated duration of a visit to the entire site is 1 hour.
- Please hold on to your ticket until the end of the visit.
- Authenticity: Fundación Ibercaja does not guarantee the authenticity of any ticket that has not been purchased through the foundation’s channels set up for this purpose.
- Loss, theft, destruction: Tickets will not be replaced in the event of loss, theft or destruction.
- Ticket prices are in euros and include the VAT applicable on the date of purchase. Fundación Ibercaja is at liberty to change ticket prices at any time.
- Special discounts: Tickets purchased at a discount or special rate will be subject to verification by means of a verifying document to be shown at the site entrance. If verification is not possible, the difference in price must be paid.
- Cancellation: See the ticket refund policy (Refund policy | Fundación Ibercaja).
- Group visits: We recommend purchasing tickets for group visits through the ticket sales system on the Mobility City website at least 48 hours in advance with a reservation for the day and time of the visit.
- Certain activities or areas within the site may have their own access conditions and rules.
- Fundación Ibercaja may modify the opening hours on exceptional occasions when it is considered necessary.
- In the exceptional event of closure of the entire site due to external causes or force majeure, Fundación Ibercaja will offer the possibility of exchanging or returning tickets purchased for that day.
- Access to the Zaha Hadid Bridge ends a half an hour before closing time.
- The closure of any areas for maintenance or service purposes will be duly announced to the public and will not justify any discount or reimbursement of ticket prices.
- Fundación Ibercaja reserves the right to change the programme of activities, screenings or exhibitions.
- Exiting the site: Ticket holders forfeit their rights upon leaving the site.
Admission rights and security rules
- Fundación Ibercaja reserves the right of admission at all times.
- Children under the age of 12 may enter only when accompanied by an adult.
- Admission is subject to the site’s capacity.
- In accordance with the provisions of the law regulating public events, recreational activities and public establishments of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, access will not be granted to people who act in a violent manner, pose a nuisance to other visitors or hinder the exhibition’s normal activities.
- In addition to the foregoing, Fundación Ibercaja’s security service will be authorised to search visitors, which may include the use of technical methods, and they may also search visitors’ belongings. Visitors may refuse to be searched, although doing so will result in them being denied entrance to the site.
- Visitors must at all times obey the instructions of Mobility City staff, security services, the police or fire service or any other person authorised by Fundación Ibercaja.
- Entering the site with the following objects is prohibited:
- Propaganda material that is racist, xenophobic or tending to incite violence, irrespective of questions of political ideology.
- Weapons of any kind, knives, sharp objects, firearms, illicit substances or any other dangerous materials.
- Any type of animal, except for guide dogs.
- Scooters, skateboards, bicycles or skates.
- Beverages and/or food, as well as narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, stimulants or similar substances.
- Any glass object, bottle or can.
- Any object that security personnel consider to be a risk to the exhibit or to people.
- Rucksacks, suitcases and bags measuring 40x40 cm or more.
- Bulky objects that could become obstacles in the event of an evacuation.
Conditions applicable during visits
The spaces and activities that take place in MOBILITY CITY may be recorded and/or photographed by Fundación Ibercaja, and the resulting images and/or photographs may be published by the foundation on its websites and/or the social media services on which it has a presence.
Ticket holders understand that they may appear incidentally in images taken in different formats for informative or promotional purposes inside the venue, and they authorise such use.
The purchase of tickets does not grant the PURCHASER the right to use them or their content for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including in competitions, draws or as gifts), except with the express written consent of Fundación Ibercaja. Failure to comply with this prohibition will entitle Fundación Ibercaja to void ticket(s) and bring any legal action it deems appropriate to claim for whatever damage it has sustained owing to such conduct.
Visitors must conduct themselves in a proper manner at all times and take every possible measure to avoid disturbing others in attendance.
The following are not allowed on the premises:
- Touching exhibits unless expressly authorised to do so.
- Sitting on the floor or blocking aisles and passageways.
- Smoking.
- Eating or drinking.
- Running.
- Using laser pointers.
- Leaving children without adult supervision.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS: Photos and videos are allowed inside the Zaha Hadid Bridge. In the event that the images are to be used for commercial or professional purposes, prior authorisation must be requested from Fundación Ibercaja by emailing comunicacionfundacion@fundacionibercaja.es.
Liability
- Fundación Ibercaja will not be liable for any injury or damage caused by third parties who are unaffiliated with Fundación Ibercaja. Likewise, it will not be liable for the loss of property or for any theft or robbery occurring inside the premises.
- Visitors will be held liable to Fundación Ibercaja and/or third parties for any injury or property damage caused by non-compliance with these rules, inappropriate use, wilful misconduct or negligence.
Validity period
These conditions and the information contained herein is current as of the date of the last update. Fundación Ibercaja reserves the right to modify them at any time, in which case they will come into force at the time they are published and will be applicable to all website users from that date.
